Learning & Development Lead
My client is a global professional services firm headquartered in London. They are looking for a Learning and Development Lead to join their team on a contract basis.
The Learning & Development Lead will be responsible for reviewing, refreshing and designing new learning solutions.
The key duties will include:
- Design high quality blended learning solutions
- Incorporate e-learning, coaching, classroom training and 1-2-1 sessions
- Create a globally accessible talent portal
- Become a subject matter expert
- Work with the business to understand client requirements
- Work closely with Talent Development and HR colleagues
The Learning & Development Lead will have a deep technical knowledge of learning design and adult learning principles. They will be genuinely passionate about learning and development with an innovative and creative approach. The right candidate will have a positive attitude and a goal orientated focus. They will have excellent project management, organisational skills and a passion for eLearning technologies.
