My client, a leading specialist law firm, is hiring a HR Director on a permanent basis. This is a busy generalist role, to manage a team and provide an effective operational HR and recruitment service to the firm.

Key duties will include:

  • Work closely with the HR team, Partners and Senior Management
  • Oversee the full employment lifecycle
  • Oversee and monitor the HR Operations
  • Provide support and guidance for all HR issues
  • Oversee and maintain an effective recruitment service for the firm
  • Work with partners to ensure the smooth running of the trainee recruitment process
  • Identify areas of improvement and develop the firms HR strategy
  • Project work

The HR Director must have excellent HR knowledge and experience covering all areas of HR. They must have previous experience of managing a team successfully. The right candidate will have extensive Employee Relations experience and will have a good knowledge of employment law. They will have the ability to be self sufficient and will have excellent attention to detail.
