Your new role

Within this role you will be responsible for a variety of different duties relating to both HR and Payroll however will be more involved on the HR side.
The business themselves are not very large and so this role is a completely operational role and will require the successful candidate to be hard working and willing to get stuck in. You will be in charge of the full HR process including, but not limited to the HR Administration for the business, recruitment, organising training and the payroll. You will be in charge of dealing with all of the new starters, offers, contracts, leaver and any other HR Administration tasks that may be required. You will also be in charge of the recruitment process. You will create the job descriptions, liase with agencies and discuss what you are looking for, arrange and attend interviews and follow up with offers.

The business have previously had their payroll outsourced however they are now looking to bring it back in house which you will take charge off. You will deal with the payroll for up to 35 members of staff. You will collate and gather all of the information and processing ensuring that every detail is correct and ensuring that all of the staff are paid correctly and on time.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have worked within a busy HR team previously in the capacity of HR Administrator or higher.
You will have some experience in dealing with payroll and have a knowledge of the payroll process.
You will be confident in your abilities and be confident in working autonomously with minimal supervision.
You must be comfortable in working within a role that on occasion (not always) will require you to deal with a lot of paper work.
You must have excellent communication skills and be fluent speaking, reading in writing in English.
Being immediately available or on a short notice period would be advantageous however is not essential.

This role is offered on a permanent basis and is paying a very generous salary of up to £33,000 for the right person.
