Our client is a leading multisite manufacturing company based near Aylesford.


Description

* Process weekly and monthly payroll and managing any variations
* Handle payroll queries
* Maintain HR database with up-to-date employee information
* Coordinate maternity and paternity leave
* Manage the HR Admin around recruitment (right to work checks, onboarding, welcome packs, inductions)
* Assist with business accounts
* Process new starters and leavers on the HR system
* Create and maintain monthly reports (sickness, recruitment, performance etc.)
* Other adhoc duties


Profile

* Manufacturing experience is highly desirable
* Ideally working towards CIPD qualification
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Flexibility to travel bimonthly to Ely for HR Meetings
* Experience working in a HR capacity
* Experience utilising HR analytics


Job Offer

* £25,000-£28,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
