A great opportunity to join this successful SME, as Head of HR, based in Staffordshire, up to £55k + Car.
Leading the development and implementation of the People Plan across the organisation, as Head of HR you will manage the HR team, take the lead on any HR projects, complex Employee Relations, as well as Engagement, Recruitment and Talent.
CIPD qualified, as an experienced HR Manager/ Head of HR you will have managed a team previously, and be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering commercial HR decisions. You will have the flexibility to travel nationally, as and when required.
