Exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to cover a 1 year contract based in Norwich.

Your new company

A highly reputable public sector organisation with multiple UK sites. This company are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join their busy team in providing staff in a variety of locations.

Your new role

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will liaise with line managers across the organisation in order to deliver an outstanding recruitment service at all times. You will ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to, whilst also responding to queries in a timely manner.

Key areas of responsibility will include:


* Implementing and leading on the delivery of workforce planning, ensuring that the organisation has an efficient and well led recruitment strategy in place at all times
* Working with the Recruitment and Engagement Lead to develop strong recruitment campaigns in line with staff demand
* Supporting on recruitment events and using innovative ways to attract talent such as use of social media and recruitment fairs
* Develop and monitor existing recruitment and selection processes and look to deliver improvements where necessary

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be considered for this role, you will have proven experience of working in a recruitment focused role within a HR capacity. You will also be CIPD level 7 qualified or equivalent) and have an up to date knowledge of employment law. With a flexible approach to your work, you will be able to work on your own initiative and strive for continuous improvement within your role.
