Job Details

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this niche communications organisation based in Gloucester to recruit a talented Payroll Coordinator / Officer on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for supporting with the end to end payroll process for multiple countries and auditing the final payroll reports against available data sources, ensuring that this is completed in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance to specific legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing

* Input and process monthly EMEA payrolls in line with best practice
* Production and completion of month end payroll journals and reporting for accounting purposes
* Assist with the production and completion of all year-end tasks, i.e. P60, P11d etc
* Reconciliation and payment of all Tax and National Insurance in a timely and accurate manner, in line with relevant Inland Revenue / Country requirements
* Deduction of employee contributions, and payment to relevant bodies, i.e., Child Support Agency, Council Tax etc
* Provide information to Pension Administrators in an accurate, timely and efficient manner
* Administer, review and maintain up to date benefits information and where required register and/or de-register Employee's memberships
* Administer, review and maintain company pension schemes adhering to country legislation, where necessary perform pension assessments in line with Auto Enrolment Regulations
* Provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner

Reporting

* Verify applicable payroll reports and Employee overtime reports are in order to ensure that employee salary payments coincide with the amount of hours worked
* Generate reports and resolve discrepancies, and distribute reports as requested

Employee Queries

* Provide quality customer service to Employees by answering payroll related queries, such as payslips and payroll portal issues, within the SLAs and escalate any queries when necessary
* Liaise with the Employee Relations team to answer employee questions on settlements, redundancies, termination and any other payroll calculations

Skills & Knowledge:

* Experience working in an Administration role
* Experience working in a payroll capacity
* Fully IT literate
* Experience working with a multi-site organisation
