Job Details
It's an exciting time to join this growing Recruitment Consultancy that focus on medical research industry recruitment. They are looking to grow their business from 90 to 120 population in the next financial year.
Your new role
You will take ownership of the businesses HR offering. Taking responsibility for the generalist HR operations, including first line HR queries, ER, Comps & Bens and more. You will also take a lead on the firms internal recruitment strategy and work with this business on its hiring strategy, and direction.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have established HR experience from within a fast paced, commercial environment. You will have an interest in the medical research industry and have the ability to work in a stand alone capacity. You will have extensive recruitment experience.
