Graduate and Apprentice Recruitment Manager

Graduate and Apprentice Manager role based in London, starting ASAP, paying £185 - £205 per day.

Your new company
You will be working for a large, well known Government organisation in London, on a rolling contract basis. Initially until the end of March 2019, this role has the potential to last for at least 6 months+.
Starting ASAP, the role will pay £185 - £208 per day and candidates are required to be available on 1 week's notice or less.

Your new role
You will be responsible for managing the Graduate and Apprentice Assessment process across the organisation. You will monitor and liaise with a 3rd party provider in relation to the assessment days, updating stakeholders on progress through regular meetings and reports such as D&I reports, when needed. You will also collate the assessment scores and lead "wash up" meetings.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates will ideally have extensive Graduate and Apprentice recruitment experience, who can take ownership of their own workload and have strong stakeholder management skills.
