Currently working with a high profile client in Surrey who are searching for a HR Service Delivery Lead, EMEA to join them for 12 months on a fixed term basis. The role will be to manage the transition from a UK, transactional HR Service through to a pro-active EMEA based Service. The successful candidate will have managed projects such as this previously for a large, matrixed, multinational company.

The role will be to work with the Head of EMEA Shared Service to change and transform the HR Shared Service to ensure that maximum impact is achieved. This is a high profile role in what is an already a changing company, so its imperative that you are able to operate credibly at a high level as your stakeholders will be Senior Directors in the business. You will have previously led a project such as this and should be comfortable starting from scratch. There isn't anything in place for this role so you will need to be ready to go to scope out the project and get running with it.
