Description
In this role you will be the custodian of culture, will create a people vision in line with the businesses objectives and work to deliver growth.
A key focus in this role will be to establish their EVP and ensure that they are an employer of choice in their sector.
You will manage a team of 4 HR and Talent professionals and work directly for the CFO.
Profile
You will be an engaging and passionate HR professional with previous line management experience, you will know how to get the best out of your team to deliver in this role.
To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in a similar role, leading a geographically spread HR team. You will empower your team to deliver your HR people plan and work with the business to attract and retain the best talent.
You will be degree qualified and a member of the CIPD.
