The client are an FMCG business based in the North Kent area.


* Manage the recruitment process such as posting on job boards, screening CVs, talking to prospective candidates, shortlisting suitable applicants, being heavily involved in the interviewing process, on boarding and inductions
* Carry out HR administration relevant to recruitment process - right to work checks, updating the database with candidate information, compliance, referencing
* Carry out employee relations case work - disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, performance reviews, coaching managers in these processes
* Support employees on adhoc employee life cycle queries such as pay checking, holiday checking etc.


The ideal candidate will be available to work on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Mondays. The client are willing to offer flexibility in hours, such as working full days at the weekends and part time/school hours on Friday and Monday.

* You will be flexible in working hours
* You will have previous experience working in a HR setting
* You will be highly adaptable to change
* You will ideally have a CIPD qualification or currently studying one
* Previous experience in a manufacturing background would be highly desirable
