Employee Relations Business Partner

This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced employee relations professional to join Herefordshire Council. The role will work alongside the Head of HR and OD on pay, policy and employee relations matters.
The role is varied with a combination of project work, hands on casework and team management and you should be comfortable working both strategically and operationally.
To be successful you will be an experienced employee relations practitioner with significant experience of complex casework. You must have up to date employment law knowledge, a strong customer focus and the ability to drive performance improvement through others.
You will be values orientated, have strong stakeholder management skills and have a collaborative style.
In return you will be given the support and freedom to put your ideas into practice. We are a small team, where everyone’s contribution is noticed and this is a great opportunity for a future Head of HR to make a difference.
