Description

Purpose of this role will be to own the end to end recruitment process in the south east. With rapid expansion, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in the organisation being able to realise their growth plans effectively. Partnering with hiring managers, internal stakeholders and HR Business Partners to help support their resourcing needs, implementing the right tools to attract and select the right candidates to join the business.

You will provide the expertise and lead the project management and delivery of recruitment initiatives and systems in order to deliver a fantastic recruitment experience for candidates that help us recruit a variety of roles in the numerous areas across the south.


Profile

The successful candidate will have experience recruiting across a regional remit. They will have a forward thinking approach and work well with high volumes. Working within a retail or hospitality in previous roles would be favourable.


Job Offer

Circa £45,000 with a company car.
