This is an excellent opportunity to take on an HR role focused on people related projects across this professional services business.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the head of HR to deliver on a number of key people projects, which will include (but not limited to):
* Retention
* Engagement
* Benchmarking
* Recourse planning
* Reward
* Well being
You will also be able to maintain some day to day operational HR focus also, circa 20% of your time.
