Interim HR Advisor

Interim Senior HR Advisor role based in Bristol City Centre paying up to £21.05 per hour.

My public sector client based in Bristol City Centre are seeking an experienced Interim HR Advisor to provide advisory support to their organisation and employees.

The company have new offices which are bright and airy with break out areas and a fully-functioning kitchen. The atmosphere is calm and the organisation prides themselves on their impeccable name within the market for being a caring and friendly company.

This role will sit within the small HR team and the successful individual will work alongside a HR manager and HR officer.

Your new role

Your new role will include duties such as;


* HR advisory work, roles and procedures - ensuring that the organisation is in line with employment law and legislation at all times
* Employment relations
* Employee reward and recognition
* Recruitment selection
* Learning and development

What you'll need to succeed

To be the successful candidate for this role you must have experience of implementing a strategic approach within your roles. This role requires the successful individual to have experience of successfully planning and delivering HR change and innovation to match business needs, you will have sound knowledge and implementation of employment law and experience of understanding mental health issues in the work place.

To be considered to start this role you must be available to start on the 28th of January. .
