We are recruiting for an engaging and impactful senior leader who is completely people-focused to deliver HR operational services with outstanding impact for our amazing staff and the work they do.You will be responsible for the HR First Contact and Employee Services teams whose reputation is built on the integrity and credibility of our experienced HR specialists and First Contact advisors who are all experts in their area, forward thinking, responsive, flexible, knowledgeable, with a strong work ethic.

The First Contact team provide first line advice to staff and managers on HR procedural matters and employee relations. The Employee Services team provide a specialist case management role in respect of all disciplinary (including MHPS), grievance, harassment investigations, and attendance management. The teams also influence and develop the people management practices and culture of the Trust.
You will of course be an experienced HR practitioner, and you will be someone driven to innovate within the field of HR who works beyond boundaries to really make a difference where it matters, and who is committed to people before process.
