Resourcing Specialist within Oil and Gas


I am currently recruiting for a Resourcing Specialist at a leading oil and gas company, within a high profile project that sits within a new subdivision of the company

Your new role

* To manage the recruitment of c25 roles for a new business venture, recruiting mid-senior level commercial, technical and functional.
* Strong project management skills are essential, from somebody who has managed hiring projects previously. You will develop and drive the resourcing strategy for these roles and ensure all key stakeholders are kept up to date and engaged at all times.

What you'll need to succeed

* Strong project management and stakeholder management skills are key. Can own the process and guide stakeholders through it effectively.
* You will have experience of carrying out project based recruitment and be confident in the end to end process whilst being very much in the attention of key stakeholders
