HR Officer / HR Generalist

Interim HR Generalist / HR Officer / Senior HR Admin required to support a growing SME business

We have an interesting assignment for a hands on HR Generalist / HR Officer to support a growing Business with 80 employees across 2 sites.

Reporting to the Finance Director you will support the business with a full HR generalist and strategic HR service including : -


* Roll out of a new HR System to wider workforce
* End to end recruitment
* Contracts of employment
* HR Administration
* Employer relations - sickness/performance/disciplinary/ absence
* Culture/Values projects
* Updating/reviewing policies/process

Candidates
We are looking for either an experienced HR Manager/HR Advisor with a hands on approach or an experienced but is confident with HR administrator who is capable of handling (including raising contracts, managing holiday and sickness, liaising with recruitment agents) and also happy to continue with the implementation of HR system, which requires attention to detail. The candidate must be able to prioritise and manage own workload.
