My client is a leading European law firm who are looking to hire a Recruitment Advisor on a permanent basis, based at the Manchester office.
The Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for the recruitment and resourcing for the firm, working in a large recruitment team. They will report directly to the Head of Recruitment.
The key duties will include:
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for Paralegals
- Work closely with the Recruitment Manager on Business Service vacancies firmwide
- Develop employer branding
- Manage end to end recruitment for Business Services apprenticeships
- Research and market mapping
- Identify vacancy and candidate leads
The Recruitment Advisor will have proven recruitment experience agency or in house. Ideally, they will have a legal or professional services background. The right candidate will have a proven track record with strong interpersonal skills and confidence. They will be self-motivated and will have excellent attention to detail. The right candidate will have a positive attitude and a comprehensive understanding and appreciation of confidentiality.
