HR Manager (Part-Time)
HR Manager, Part-time, Permanent, Cambridgeshire, up to £35,000 pro rata plus excellent benefits.
Our client is a successful, manufacturing organization with an excellent reputation in the marketplace, having recently gone through a period of change and growth, are now looking for a part-time HR Manager to help strengthen their current HR team.
As HR Manger you will work closely with the management team whilst providing full responsibility and support to your client group on site. This role is based across two sites where you will be responsible for shaping and developing the HR offering, providing both strategic and operational support to senior managers on all HR issues including employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, employee engagement and health and safety whilst being responsible for driving integration, cultural change and developing leadership capability. An experienced HR Manager you will work closely with your key stakeholders to really understand their business challenges and support them with HR initiatives that help them achieve their business objectives.
A solid generalist, you are a passionate, proactive and ambitious self-starter with a creative and collaborative approach. You will have a solid understanding of HR best practice and the ability to influence and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the business. You will ideally have gained your experience from within a manufacturing or similar type organisation.
