Part-Time HR Business Partner - Wallasey - £35-40,000 pro rata (3days/wk)
Our client is smaller, niche business, operating in Wallasey and London, they are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to work 3 days a week. As a standalone HR professional you will be working at all levels on HR and People issues and will be delivering strategic, operational and administrative HR solutions to the business.

Working alongside senior management you will need to understand the business and establish a future proofed HR solution that will meet the needs of the organisation.

* Supporting the business with a company wide change programme, influencing stakeholders at Board level
* Recruitment, Succession Planning and Talent Management.
* Embedding newly established HR processes and policies including an Employee Handbook.
* The development and continuous improvement of HR Tools.
* Dealing with all day to day HR issues, including Employee Relations and Union Negotiations.

The ideal candidate will be a self starter with a strong HR Generalist background, experience of working autonomously and influencing staff at all levels. You must have the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively and be confident to challenge the established status quo.

Based in Wallasey, the successful candidate will be required to travel to London on a monthly basis and be rewarded with a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 pro rata (up to £24,000 for 3 days a week) + benefits.
