If you love numbers, are a total spreadsheet whizz and enjoy bringing numbers to life this could be a really brilliant chance for you to use your previous analytical experience and advance your career in reward. This would give you outstanding exposure to reward in a group function supporting a PLC and would be a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand their experience in reward.
In this role, one thing is sure.. you will never get bored! You will work within an experienced Reward team where you will support the implementation and communication of annual reward processes such as pay reviews and bonuses and will support a range of varied projects. You will provide advice, support and analysis to the reward team and stakeholders and will be the primary contact for the wider HR team.
