About the role 
We are looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner to support the newly established People and Organisational Development directorate. This is an exciting time to join the NMC; we are looking for someone to come and support us with implementation of our People Strategy. As the HR Business Partner, you will be supporting one of our directorates, and embed yourself in, whilst taking the lead on implementing corporate policies and projects in line with our People Strategy.

The successful candidate will work with senior managers on their people activities, working to our Key Performance Indicators and management controls. Being a strong communicator, you will need to build influential relationships within your department, whilst providing leadership on organisational change, job role design and talent management.

About you 
We are looking for an individual who is motivated and confident to provide dedicated support within our newly transformed HR function. You will need to be CIPD qualified, and have proven experience of implementing HR Strategy in a complex change environment, focusing on culture change and transformation. You must have experience of working in partnership with senior managers and have the ability to build strong relationships within your assigned directorate.
