Interim ER Team Manager job available in Manchester paying c£50k+

We are looking to recruit for a large scale business within the Manchester area who have offices across the Uk with a large staff force.


Your new role

You will be reporting into the Head of ER and will be responsible for ensuring delivery of a professional and customer service orientated employee relations advice service. You will be responsible for managing a large team of ER Advisors and therefore this role would suit somebody who has previous experience in managing people. You will be working the managers to provide strategic, commercially driven, proactive and timely advice and support on all facets of employee relations to management and the wider HR operational team. The team deal with a really large number of cases on a day to day basis and do range in complexity which does involve quite complex cases. The business is forever changing and is very fast paced and we are looking for somebody with a high volume background.



What you'll need to succeed
This role would be suitable for a candidate who is passionate about employee relations and somebody who is also passionate when it comes to supporting a less experienced team of ER Advisors who deal with a large volume and complex caseload. People management experience is essential as well as a candidate who is really strong on employee relations


What you'll get in return
The role is to cover a period of maternity and therefore the right candidate would be somebody who is available fairly quickly and available to commit to at least a 7 months interim role.
