Your new role
Your new role will involve running the HR function day to day and to support line managers with the end to end recruitment process, including interviewing, processing contracts and carrying out inductions for all new starters. Your role will also involve guiding and supporting with investigations or to be the HR presence within any employee relations/HR related cases. You will provide support to all staff and be responsible for the employee wellbeing of all staff and help run the monthly payroll process, liaising with an outsourced payroll function. To be the first point of contact for HR queries across the organisation. You will also review and update all HR policies and procedures and provide reports to senior members regarding sickness, absence or payroll. You will also be responsible for ensuring the HR systems and policies are all up to date in line with GDPR.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR generalist with a number of years exposure in commercial, fast paced organisations. You will also have previous experience with processing payroll. You will be enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to in a stand alone role.
