Job Details

A Charity in West London are recruiting a Recruitment Advisor on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide a professional, effective and efficient recruitment service across the organisation. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead on recruitment campaigns, liaising with recruitment managers to ensure best and most effective approach
  • Assist in the planning, devising and implementation of recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract suitable candidates
  • Develop and manage client and candidate relationships
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Identify and attract candidate through varied methods, being creative in approach where necessary
  • Liaise with candidates and agencies regarding interviews, offers of employment and feedback for unsuccessful candidates
  • Meet KPI’s and identify areas of improvement to ensure effective recruitment practice
  • Provide training and guidance to managers on all aspects of recruitment

Qualifications/experience required

  • Previous experience in an HR or in-house recruitment team
  • Expertise in end to end recruitment
  • Great communications skills
  • Able to multi task and prioritise effectively
