Job Details
A Charity in West London are recruiting a Recruitment Advisor on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide a professional, effective and efficient recruitment service across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead on recruitment campaigns, liaising with recruitment managers to ensure best and most effective approach
- Assist in the planning, devising and implementation of recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract suitable candidates
- Develop and manage client and candidate relationships
- Build and maintain effective relationships with recruitment agencies
- Identify and attract candidate through varied methods, being creative in approach where necessary
- Liaise with candidates and agencies regarding interviews, offers of employment and feedback for unsuccessful candidates
- Meet KPI’s and identify areas of improvement to ensure effective recruitment practice
- Provide training and guidance to managers on all aspects of recruitment
Qualifications/experience required
- Previous experience in an HR or in-house recruitment team
- Expertise in end to end recruitment
- Great communications skills
- Able to multi task and prioritise effectively
