We have an exciting job opportunity for a new Talent Consultant (Early Careers) to play a leading role in shaping and expanding our Apprenticeships offer and support the team in improving our sector-leading Graduate Programmes.
Working with teams across the business as well as external partners, you'll deliver key programmes whilst playing a pivotal role in creating innovative ideas and navigating complex projects delivering great results for our people.
Do you have the drive to deliver in a world class talent and organisational development function? Can you work collaboratively across the British Heart Foundation (BHF) to develop implement and manage staff development programmes the support the BHF strategic plans, whilst also looking for opportunities to promote and develop performance improvement? If so we’d love to hear from you!
About you
You’ll have a learning or organisational development qualification and knowledge of a wide range of OD and learning theories and practices, having applied these in the past with proven results
With excellent organisational skills you'll also have the ability to prioritise work, ensuring that key deadlines are met whilst also building strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organisation.
You’ll have excellent communication skills, be comfortable presenting training and have knowledge of psychometrics such as Myers Briggs and experience of facilitating sessions using these tools.
This role will be primarily based at our London offices with regular travel to other BHF locations.
