HR Manager – Part Time c24 hours per week - £42-45k FTE – central Nottingham

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading Service organisation which is growing and evolving.

The role is offered on a part time basis (c3 days per week spread flexibly over 5 days), with the additional benefit to work from home on a regular basis.

This is a newly created role reporting into the MD and supporting c450 employees – the HR Manager will be the most senior permanent HR professional and also has responsibility to manage a team of 5-6 colleagues.

The role

Key aspects include being able to:

- Take responsibility & ownership of all ER issues and cases

- Review and embed the Company handbook and policies

- Manage and develop the team

- Support the Business as it grows and develops further

The candidate

The role requires an HR professional with sufficient depth and breadth of ER experience and employment legislation knowledge to be a subject matter expert.

The candidate also needs to have experience of, or the capability to manage and develop a team of colleagues.

It will suit a candidate who is not only technically competent for the role and who embodies the values and ethos of the company, but who is also looking to work flexibly and has the cultural fit to be successful.
