HR Administrator job paying £13-£16p /h

Your new company
You will be working for a leading public research University located in Central London.

Your new role
As HR Administrator you will be based in the HR team. The role is instrumental in contributing to the smooth operation and administration of the College. In this interim role, you will be required to support the recruitment team with high volume reference requests.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous HR Administration experience is essential for this role including:

* Experience of note/minute taking at meetings and interviews
* Experience of using and updating a database (preferably Oracle) with a high degree of accuracy.

* Experience of organising complex administrative procedures
* Experience of dealing effectively and tactfully with a wide range of people including senior staff
* Experience of drafting letters and dealing with correspondence

You must be immediately available or on a one week notice period as you will be required to start on January 28th 2019 for a period of 6 weeks initially.
