Interim HR Business Partner

Exciting Interim HR BP position based in Bristol.

My client who operates on a global scale is looking for an experienced HR BP on an interim basis. You will be working within a team providing insightful solutions which allow for the business to achieve their objections.

They are based in North Bristol, close to the M5 and are easily accessible via a variety of transport.

The role is based in Bristol but due to the nature of the job you will be required to travel to the other offices to provide support to over 500+ members of staff.

Your new role

The objective of this role is to provide exceptional generalist support and as a result of this you will be expected to pick up a multitude of tasks, including;


* Implementing strategic HR plans
* Provide in depth knowledge of good practice and productive ways of working across all disciplines
* Inspire the correct use and implementation of compliance and competence within the team, coaching team members to explore a large range of options and the potential risks these pose
* Review management feedback and analyse data to make recommendations
* Initiate and develop projects with senior business leaders within their respective business

You will be the point of contact for organisational development, ER, reward, performance management and HR processes.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role you must be MCIPD qualified and have extensive generalist experience. You must have;


* Excellent IT Skills
* Exceptional analytical skills
* Exposure to major change programmes and involvement of implementing change
* Multiple site experience
* HR project management experience
