HR Administrator

Temporary HR administrator role paying £10.25 per hour based in Bristol City Centre

My client in Bristol City Centre is seeking a temporary HR administrator to support the team with a variety of duties. This is a full time role and it is looking to go on a temporary contract for twelve weeks with the potential

They are looking for an experienced HR individual who has had exposure to an office environment, sitting within the HR team.

This role is to start as soon as possible so you must be immediately available or have a short notice period to be considered for the role.

Your new role

You will be working as a HR administrator in a government organisation based in Bristol city Centre.

You will be completing tasks such as;


* Responding to queries regarding pay, pensions, recruitment and HR polices
* Maintaining and updating the HR database and electronic records as appropriate .e.g new starters, leavers, career changes
* Answering queries, updating and resolving problems
* Processing payroll, liaising with payroll providers
* Manage administration of recruitment including posting job adverts
* Monitoring return to work interviews and sick notes


What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed within this role you must be immediately available and have experience within a HR administration role. It is also desirable that you have experience with a HR system.
