Knowledge Management Consultant

Artis HR is currently looking to recruit for a Knowledge Management Consultant, this is an exciting permanent full time post based in Reading paying £40-45,000 pa.

What will this role involve?

Supporting the delivery of the Knowledge Management strategy and plan.

Supporting the current knowledge management activity and designing new knowledge management programmes and solutions that enable expansion of KM across the business.

Evaluating the effectiveness of knowledge management programmes and their impact in terms of organisational benefits.

Supporting knowledge sharing interactions with managers and their teams.

Acting as an expert to answer queries about knowledge management products and practices.

Developing solutions to support the business to use the knowledge management resources, providing training and support as required.

Supporting the building of social networks and formation of communities of practice across the business to facilitate knowledge sharing.

What are we looking for?

Do you have a proven track record and experience of Knowledge Management? Have you got strong stakeholder engagement? If so, apply now! We are seeking an engaging and passionate individual with previous experience of working closely with the business and subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract expert knowledge and transform this into effective materials and promote knowledge transfer into our ways of working. The successful candidate will come from a transferable industry of science, engineering, utilities, or similar. You will have exposure to L&D and have great analytical, systems and IT capabilities. You will be a confident and credible Knowledge Management Consultant with excellent planning and communication skills.

Information and salary details

This role has a flexible base location within Thames Valley, with a salary of up to £46,000, depending on skills and experience. Our excellent salary package includes a competitive contributory pension and a wider benefits scheme which includes an annual pay review, season ticket loans and loyalty awards for continuous service plus many more. Please note, regular travel is required across our sites.
