This time of year is pretty rubbish, so if we're not jumping out of bed to go to a job we love, it makes for a very looooong winter.
I have just met with the new HRD of a global tech business and she was a breath of fresh air. You're gonna want to work for her - smart, high energy, determined to bring in creativity and innovative thinking. This is her first hire and she wants the bar to be high - setting the standard for how she thinks HR should be - insightful and impactful.
You'll get to wrap your arms around a dynamic tech sales population across EMEA, partnering the Divisional MD, driving the talent strategy, supporting org change, coaching….
The BAU is there, of course, but we want this role to be so much more, and you'll be encouraged to do things differently, implement change, spot opportunities to make impact…. and act on them.
Ideally you'll have worked with a sales population before so you will know what makes them tick and how to create an HR strategy that engages, motivates and retains them, and you'll have worked with an EMEA population.
