HR Manager, Full Time Permanent, Multi-site £45,000 - £50,000 DOE

Your new company
My client, a reputable legal firm, is looking to hire an experienced full time HR Manager to join their successful team.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the strategic and operational HR issues of the firm. Reporting directly to the managing partner, your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to) performance management, employee engagement, talent management, recruitment and reward. You will also hold responsibility for managing a budget and most importantly developing the people strategy and business objectives.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must have a solid generalist HR background with strong up to date knowledge of employment law and legislation. Proven experience of providing advice and support on HR policies and procedures and experience of identifying and implementing strategic solutions.

You should either be qualified to CIPD level 5 or qualified through experience up to HR Manager level. Experience of working in HR within a legal, finance or professional services firm is preferable but not essential.
