This is an opportunity to work for an international property solutions organisation who are going through positive change and growth following acquisition
Your new role
You will undertake a full range of HR generalist activities working in close partnership with Regional Management and key Stakeholders .
Key areas of focus will include Talent Development and Acquisition and Workforce Support, you'll further develop employee engagement initiatives and Personal Development Plans.
You'll be aware of any changes to legislation and how that may impact the wider business and be able to advise Managers .
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced HR Business Partner who has worked in a regional or national role, preferably within a matrix organisation
