HR Advisor - Watford - £30-32k plus benefits

Excellent opportunity for an HR Advisor to join a well known organisation based in Watford. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will work to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide a responsive and proactive HR service across the full employee life cycle.

Responsibilities will include:-

- Provide operational and commercially sound HR advice to internal stakeholders
_ Run and manage performance issues in conjunction with the line manager
_ Employee Relations - disciplinaries, grievances, appeal procedures
- Manage maternity, paternity etc
- support the performance development review cycle
- Conduct exit interviews
- Lead with change initiatives.

You will ideally be:-

- CIPD Qualified or equivalent (but not essential)
- Previous experience of working at HR Advisor level within a commercial environment
- Up to date knowledge of Employment Legislation
- Excellent influencing, negotiation and problem solving skills
