Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading Swindon based employer to recruit an experienced, permanent HR Advisor.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a solid working knowledge of employee relations and case management, combined with exposure to HR policy & processes, projects experience and ideally some exposure to learning and development.

Specifically, you will;

* Provide generalist HR advice to Managers at all levels across the business.
* Manage grievance, appeal, investigations, disciplinaries, capability, performance management, redundancy and restructure.
* Ensure equal opportunities are promoted throughout the business giving fair opportunity to all and assisting in the development of diversified workforce
* Manage adhoc projects, as assigned

Suitable applicants must be CIPD (studying or qualified), possess a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures - particularly in relation to employee relations and policy development and, ideally, you will have worked within a fast-paced manufacturing or engineering environment.

You will be career focused, looking to develop, be able to quickly establish credibility, have a pragmatic and flexible approach, with excellent communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
