Reward Partner - 12 month FTC | Bournemouth
An award winning business seeks an experienced Reward Partner to join a newly formed team for the next 12 months. Reporting to the Senior Reward & Benefits Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering the reward processes across the whole compensation cycle, including executive compensation, management of the LTIP’s, job evaluation processes and pay ranges to ensure they run efficiently. Supporting the RemCo, you will provide high quality data, writing papers and providing insights as required.
The ideal candidate will have gained experience either in-house or within a consultancy, including significant exposure to job evaluation. Working as a team, your style will be collaborative and you will demonstrate proactive leadership behaviours. Whilst juggling a number of projects at any one time you will need to be able to manage multiple stakeholders, influencing with credibility and gravitas.
