Interim HRBP job available in Cheadle paying up to £50k

We are partnering with a client who is looking to cover a period of maternity leave asap. The business is very niche and specialise in research for the health/medical industry and help diagnostics and prevention of life-threatening health issues.

The role is a full generalist HRBP reporting into the Head of HR for the organisation. The business currently only have 120 staff which doesn't sound many however as they are so specialist in the market they do have a lot of challenges with managers & also recruiting for specialist skill sets. You will be working and supporting the managers across 3 sites including Manchester, Newcastle, Reading and a new site planned to open in Bristol. Although you will cover all sites the travel will be limited but you will be expected to visit each site once per month. The role is quite hands-on as the managers in each site do rely very heavily on HR for their people matter as they themselves are not the strongest people managers which of course comes with its challenges. You will deal with the full life cycle of HR and all disciplines including ER, Recruitment & L & D with the support of a HR Administrator to help and support.

The client is looking for somebody who has operated at this level previously and somebody who is level 7 qualified CIPD. Anybody with a health/medical type background would be a real interest to the client.
