INTERIM Senior HRBP (production, supply chain, reward, HR process, HR systems)

Salary: £60-75,000 + benefits
Our Client leads the way in their field of operation, their market share both financially & geographically is without compare and additionally they continue to enjoy year-on-year growth. Their success is based on products & market penetration that reaches all parts of the UK, to continue this success they are looking to strengthen their senior management team by appointing an Interim Senior HR business partner. This is a hybrid role bringing together both generalist and specialist expertise. This role is a contract that will run for 6-12 months and it is important that our Client has an individual in post that will commit to this time period.
The successful candidate will be an exceptional individual and a dynamic leader who has a track record of delivering success at every stage of their career & has the potential to achieve even more. In addition, they will be an outstanding communicator and an exceptional team manager with the strategic skills to deliver excellent results.
You will work with stakeholders to understand business needs and then design and deliver strategy for the operations Change and Lean agenda, Reward, Performance, HR Data processes including multiple HR projects getting the business ready for key SAP and systems implementations which meet the needs of the business, in a manner which satisfies stakeholder requirements, are easy to implement, and which aligns with the broader Group agenda. Simultaneously, to partner with a key functional director with an emphasis on the generalist People agenda.
The role:
Create and communicate a long-term Generalist People Change agenda / Reward / Performance Strategy, together with a vision and roadmap which can align with the broader Group approach, and which prioritises activities to achieve the goals of the strategy, as well as gaining buy-in from key stakeholders to ensure any blockers can be removed or managed as required
As a member of the HR Management team, to work with fellow Management team members to ensure all areas of HR are aligned, tackle challenges in a joined-up manner and hold constructive conversations to find optimal solutions which produce the best overall result for the function
Partner with a key functional Director and their management team to provide strategic HR guidance and advice on day to day people matters, and to feed back any issues into the broader HR Strategy, thereby ensuring their needs are recognised and included in wider planning
Consider business needs in relation to Reward / Performance and translate into well-crafted and workable solutions which fit well with the day to day business, as well as resolve issues at a root cause level.
Examine the impact of initiatives within the organisation and proactively manage the behavioural and structural changes which will result from their introduction, in a manner which minimises disruption to the day to day operations of the business
Manage the control and provision of employee life cycle data within HR system, ensuring that processes and controls exist to maintain the quality of that data, and that resources and systems are configured to deliver required support for the wider business
Grow the capability within the team to execute exemplary people services
The person:
Degree educated or equivalent and ideally CIPD qualified
HR professional with deep experience of having delivered as an HR generalist for a division or function ideally manufacturing / operations within a commercial organisation.
Demonstrated experience of having managed end to end cultural change in an environment which is broader than HR.
Will have demonstrated analytical skills which produced input to or summation of complex commercial or technical issues
Exposure to reward programmes and ideally Hay evaluation
Ability to lead HR process programmes
Must have experience managing multiple people projects in a complex organization
Ability to lead with presence and credibility at a senior level
Experience of coaching and developing a team
Experience of delivering complex change agendas whilst incorporating a LEAN mentality.
