A part time Learning & Development Partner-Leadership & Management Development role based in South Birmingham

Your new company
A large and innovative charitable organisation providing national services and support. Based from their purpose built centre in South Birmingham. To support the continued growth and success of the organisation, they are now looking to recruit a L&D Partner - Leadership & Management Development on a part time basis (24 hours per week).

Your new role
The L&D Partner - Leadership & Management Development role is a new role which will be responsible for development and delivery of a range of training programmes and learning support resources that supports management development and leadership training across the operational areas of the business. Additionally the post holder will create and lead a talent development programmes designed to develop high potential future leaders. The L&D Partner will ensure all of the learning & development programmes ares measurable and will provide reports to the senior leadership on return on investment. The role will require some travel to other sites.


What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a passionate and driven Learning & Development Partner with expertise in the development, delivery and evaluation of management development and leadership programmes. Candidates will be able to demonstrate success in designing programmes across all levels of management levels including aspiring managers. This will have utilised a variety of methodologies including classroom, self learning, elearning, digital learning and coaching and designed measurement strategies to assess results and RTI. The ability to influence senior stakeholders and analyse data will be vital to success in the role.

What you'll get in return
The salary is £42,336 to £46,823 (full time equivalent) plus benefits.
