Job Details

A fantastic organisation in South East London are recruiting an HR Adviser on a 12 month FTC basis. They are looking for someone to deliver specialist Human Resources expertise.

Responsibilities 

  • To provide advice and support with regards to employee relations issues including: absence management, disciplinary & grievances and performance management
  • Provide support on HR Projects focused on change management
  • Plan and deliver HR training to staff
  • Contribute to and lead on sourcing 
  • Build strong relationships across the business and provide outstanding stakeholder management    

Qualifications/experience required

  • Proven experience of providing outstanding work in a HR role 
  • CIPD Qualified (Desirable)
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law and good employment practice
  • Experience supporting on TUPE (preferred)
