Job Details
A fantastic organisation in South East London are recruiting an HR Adviser on a 12 month FTC basis. They are looking for someone to deliver specialist Human Resources expertise.
Responsibilities
- To provide advice and support with regards to employee relations issues including: absence management, disciplinary & grievances and performance management
- Provide support on HR Projects focused on change management
- Plan and deliver HR training to staff
- Contribute to and lead on sourcing
- Build strong relationships across the business and provide outstanding stakeholder management
Qualifications/experience required
- Proven experience of providing outstanding work in a HR role
- CIPD Qualified (Desirable)
- Up to date knowledge of employment law and good employment practice
- Experience supporting on TUPE (preferred)
