Are you a Christ-centred, seasoned HR professional with a passion for excellence? Do you have what it takes to enable individual staff and a whole organisation to thrive?
At London City Mission we are seeking a HR Business Partner to deliver a wide range of strategic HR objectives and operational HR activities within the context of evangelistic Gospel ministry to the most needy areas of London that we have been working in for over 180 years.
If you are driven by a passion for Jesus and can bring a mature Christian faith to bear on high-quality, senior professional HR leadership then LCM’s HR Director would like to hear from you. You will have a demonstrable track record in all aspects of operational HR, managing projects and HR specific training, and be CIPD qualified with well-developed influencing, organisational and problem solving skills.
There is an Occupational Requirement that the person appointed be an evangelical Christian.
