HR Advisor

Were looking for an experienced HR Advisor to undertake a broad HR generalist role. Temporary role

We are seeking an Interim HR Advisor with strong skills as an HR generalist in employee relations, ideally backed by a CIPD qualification, from a professional services organisation ideally engineering or consultancy. The role requires an experienced HR generalist who can support the business in reaching its commercial goals in relation to employee relations, talent management, best practice, HR policies & procedures, performance management, L& D and helping to influence cultural change and brand enhancement. Essential Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience acting as an HR Business Partner in a Generalist capacity
* Demonstrated experience managing employee relations cases
* Ability to influence at all levels, make decisions and manage own time effectively
* MCIPD Qualified desirable but not essential
* Experience of managing and implementing projects and change initiatives.
* Strong up to date knowledge of UK employment law. Be able to interpret and apply this knowledge to a range of situations.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate in a manner and using methods to suit the audience, including presentation skills.
* Strong organisational skills
* Highly skilled in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

Due to the nature of this position, candidates must be willing to undergo, and eligible to achieve HMG security clearance (prior to appointment). As a result, candidates should be a British Citizen; and have resided in the UK for the last 10 years.
