You'll be working for a successful digital transformation consultancy, amongst an amazing team of technical experts, with a huge appetite for development.
You'll get the best of both worlds here - you'll be in pretty much a standalone role (so heaps of autonomy and freedom) but with support, coaching and development from a really experienced Head of People. You won't have done everything this role needs you to do, but you'll be able to pick it up.
You'll get involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle - resourcing, assessment, inductions, L&D design & delivery, talent analysis, coaching…. and because of the size of the business you won't be restricted by process and red tape - you can tailor and design solutions for individuals, make things work for them, being as creative as you like! You'll get responsibility, and a big part to play in the growth of this business.
You'll have spent some time in HR, and will have a bit of recruitment experience as you'll own the grad scheme here. You'll have strong academics and are either already, or wanting to, continue your professional development.
