We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our client based on a fixed term contract and based in Liverpool. This Interim HR Business Partner role is a great opportunity for a proven HR generalist to join a highly successful business and contribute proactively to an exciting phase of business growth and people development. Working closely with the HR Manager, the wider HR team & key stakeholders, you will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and deliver added value HR service & contribution to key HR projects; to promote best practice and help underpin performance.


Key accountabilities
*Delivery of HR processes alongside the key stakeholders
*Manages complex and difficult HR Projects
*Develops and builds strong influential relationships across the business
*Actively identifies gaps and proposes and implements changes where necessary to cover risks
*Supports the recruitment of key talent for the relevant business areas
*Supports the design of succession plans in partnership with business managers and L&D
*Provides guidance and input on business area restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
*Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships
*Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
*Challenges the organisational structure of the business and proposes changes
*Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.

You will have a confident & creative approach to HR and will thrive on the challenge of implementing pragmatic HR solutions. Commercially astute and bottom line focused, you will use your highly honed coaching skills to build credible relationships across the business in order to influence and facilitate change.


Initially this role is offered on a fixed term basis - however a very real opportunity exists for the role to be extended or be made permanent.
