Job Details
Berneslai Homes are a very successful (not to mention award winning) housing provider, managing homes on behalf of Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council. The Role
Right now, we’re looking for an OD Manager to deliver excellent performance and engage with a wide range of audiences to drive organisational development. This position will also ensure the company delivers best practice in equality and inclusion through partnership working.
About You
You will hold CIPD (full level 7 qualification) or relevant degree in a related field and have extensive experience of OD achieving measurable positive change. You must also demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to identify solutions and opportunities in a changing environment.

- Managing the waiting list and letting vacant homes
- Collecting rent
- Repairs, maintenance, and improvements in homes and on estates
- Supporting tenants to manage their tenancies
- Supporting tenants with money issues, jobs, training, and skills, and much more
- Keeping our estates clean and tidy and dealing with anti-social behaviour (ASB)
- Engaging with and listening to our customers and communities
- Working with Barnsley Council to build and acquire new homes
