Your new company
We are partnering with a well known public services organisation who are looking to add to their HR team and recruit for a HR Manager with specialist experience in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.


Your new role
Reporting into the Senior HR Manager you will be working across all functions in HR including resourcing & Learning & Development to work on the businesses strategy for equality, diversity & inclusion. The role will work really closely with the Head of Resourcing and Talent Management in providing strategic and operational policy support to progress the ED&I strategy and approach. The successful candidate will provide a central source of information, advice and guidance to Senior Leaders, Managers and Staff networks in relation to all ED&I matters for the organisation






What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an individual with significant experience working in an ED&I role in a large complex organisation, ideally in a senior position.
For this position, we are looking for a senior level candidate who has gained specialist experience in ED&I.
The business is a large scale organisation and a good fit would be somebody that has worked for a larger organisation across a range of functions within HR driving this strategy.
The role will also directly manage a HR Advisor so management experience would also be really good.
You will lead on the coordination of the forces external benchmarking, accreditation and awards initiatives, coordinate the forces ED&I training plan and Represent the Constabulary at external events. Previous experience dealing with a broad range of ED&I issues at both strategic and operational level as well as managing a small team of staff in delivering high performance will be beneficial to the role.
