Job Details
Description
Based in Watford and working closely with the Head Of Learning the key aspects to the project are:
Mapping out current learning operations processes to be able to articulate resources required and propose appropriate service levels.
Assist with planning and managing process improvement identification, streamlining, simplification and/ or cessation of activities in line with an agreed service catalogue.
Consider location strategy for the agreed mapped processes, including an assessment of off-shoring into a captive or BPO organisation
Assist with the day to day management of a busy learning operations team, to ensure that learning offerings are planned, managed, designed, delivered and reported on appropriately and in line with regulatory and firm expectations
Assist with workforce planning, recruitment and engagement of the team to ensure delivery of key objectives is achieved by the team.
Profile
The successful candidate will have managed a learning operations function for a large business. They will also have a background in sourcing strategy and off-shoring, along with managing outsourced providers with a strong understanding of shared services strategies and operation
Job Offer
The role will last 3-6 months with a daily rate of up to circa £600. There is also the opportunity to take this project on a contract basis with a salary of circa £70,000.
